The Passage House - Paddington, London
Investigating the hierachy of spaces and spaces that serve. The house is made of a spiralled corridor space, wrapping about contained spaces
Deliberately avoiding traditional old-world form and function, this newly envisioned space transforms the concept of the corridor into an experiential journey. It is a thoughtfully celebrated passage that connects various areas of the home, illustrating the transition from bright, light-filled rooms to the soothing embrace of darker spaces. The connecting corridor elegantly snakes its way around the living areas and bedrooms, beginning at the street level and culminating in a stunning rooftop pool and terrace, providing a unique spatial experience that enhances the overall flow of the home.
